- Sprayer is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected
- Sandblasted and repainted
- New bearings in body and arms
- New squared bearings and limit switches in power drive
- New power drive motor, brake, and screw cover
- New proximity switches
- New polychain drive belt
- New shafts for arm assembly
- Speed reducer cleaned and filled with grease
- Unit is fully greased with synthetic grease
- New hoses and hose carrier bar
- Unit is fully tested
